Drawing on declassified emails, scientific publications, patents, and whistleblower insights, Dr. Horowitz outlines a syndicate of 30 key suspects and entities—from NIAID’s Dr. Anthony Fauci and NIH’s Dr. Francis Collins to Harvard’s Dr. Charles Lieber, MIT’s Robert Langer, and Chinese virologist Dr. Shi Zhengli (“Bat Woman”)—implicated in gain-of-function research, lab virus mutations, and racketeering that allegedly weaponized SARS-CoV-2 with HIV-like elements. The report accuses the CIA, DARPA, USAID, and companies like Moderna, Pfizer, EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota of facilitating bioweapons development under the guise of pandemic preparedness, while concealing and officially-denying graphene-based nano-bioelectronics in mRNA vaccines for potential surveillance and population control.

Key COVID CRIMES findings include:

• Evidence tying Fauci’s NIAID funding to Wuhan lab experiments, with foreknowledge of a “surprise disease outbreak” during the Trump administration.
• Allegations of FBI cover-ups in Lieber’s prosecution to obscure U.S.-China tech transfers benefiting Moderna, key investors, and CCP interests.
• Connections between Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein, Boris Nikolic, and biotech investments at Harvard and MIT advancing transhumanism and AI-driven “Project Stargate.”
• Claims that the pandemic was a “plandemic” engineered for economic reset, depopulation, and global control, with ties to the Harvard, MIT, the Evergrande Group and CCP officials like Dr. Zhong Nanshan.
• The SARs-CoV2 (COVID-19) virus was initially isolated prior to its first identification by Ralph Baric et. al., at the University of North Carolina in 2013. The USAID subcontractor, Metabiota, is evidenced having isolated and man-handled the lab virus before shipping the initial virus to the U.S., preceding the Wuhan lab acquisition and further weaponization of the virus.
• The Metabiota USAID subcontractor was directed by chief investors, including Christopher Heinz, Devin Archer and Hunter Biden.
• All of the above was overseen by CIA officials, and no doubt CCP intelligence officers as well.

Dr. Horowitz, invoking 42 U.S.C. § 1986 to prevent further harm, warns: “It is delusional—the epitome of stupidity—to think that COVID-19 emerged naturally as all the liars claimed.” He calls for urgent investigations, prosecutions, regulatory reforms, and public awareness to dismantle the syndicate and safeguard natural immunity and U.S. National Security.
